At the EBDI No.32 Children's Nursery (ISSSTE), 49 medical and psychological evaluations were carried out, leading to the opening of 19 investigations and the transfer of two files to the Attorney General's Office (FGR).

The official statement indicated that in most of the detected cases, the minors involved reported sexual touching which, according to medical reports, have been confirmed as finger insertion through the genital and anal routes. Since the first reported incident, the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Attention to Women Victims of Crime for Gender Reasons and the Family (FEM) has maintained constant contact with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the Chihuahua State Institute for Comprehensive Child Development (ICHDII), entities that decided to temporarily close the involved nurseries and relocate the affected minors.

Regarding the sexual assaults, the victims, aged between two and four years, declared that the abuses occurred within the nursery facilities and not elsewhere. This concerning scenario led to the detention of three women by agents of the State Investigation Agency belonging to the arrest warrants group in the Attorney General's Office of the State (FGE) of Chihuahua. The detainees, identified as Graciela L. R., Blanca Patricia R. S., and Norma Laura V. B., face aggravated penalty charges related to 71 cases of sexual abuse investigated in five nurseries in Ciudad Juárez.

The detained women are accused of being responsible for sexual abuse at the Loon Nursery, where they worked. So far, five people have been arrested in connection with these abuses while an arrest warrant remains pending. The FGE North Zone provided details about the latest arrests and updates on the investigation, such as the records in different nurseries and the progress in inquiries.

At the Mi Mundo de Colores Nursery, 107 medical and psychological evaluations were conducted, raising the number of opened investigations to 34, with cases involving Rosa Iveth V.G. as the responsible. At the Loon Nursery, the process included 53 medical and psychological evaluations, resulting in 15 investigations with Lourdes Z. M. identified as a probable perpetrator. Meanwhile, at the Niñito Jesús Nursery and at the Mi Pequeño Tambor Nursery, medical work was carried out and investigations were initiated, with a suspect in the latter case named Teresa Johana T. E.
